The Senior Programme

The Senior Section (often including the Young Leaders Programme) is the pinnacle of the Boys' Brigade journey. It moves away from structured classroom learning toward **project-based leadership** and **mentorship**.

Seniors in Zimbabwe are part of a worldwide brotherhood. Many have the opportunity to represent the country in regional and international BB gatherings, fostering a truly global perspective.

Senior Section Uniform

Senior Uniform

Seniors wear a distinguished uniform: A navy blue sweatshirt or white shirt (ceremonial), navy blue trousers, and a BB belt. NCOs carry additional insignia to denote their rank and responsibility.
